Heavenly Princess

encouraging femininity

This is Nissa

She lives in a small country in Africa in an orphanage with about 18 other children. Nissa is a Heavenly Princess, but she didn’t get to dress like one.

When Jordan saw the girls of the orphanage looking just like the boys, she decided to design a dress that would be easy to make and easy to wear.

In August 2010, Nissa and the other girls received dresses made especially for them by girls in Tucson, Arizona.

Now you can get in on the Nissa Dress Project! The pattern for the Nissa Dress is in the final testing stages and will be available soon. You can also buy your own ready made Nissa dress. Just click the link to see what’s available! Profits from the sale of all Nissa dresses and patterns go to Nissa’s orphanage.
